I had to cancel a flight and was issued a credit...when I went back to use the credit (within the required time) it was gone!

I am....or should I say, I was a loyal US Airways customer for many years. I even have Silver Preferred status with the airline with over 30 flights last year, but they are doing nothing except, "documenting my concern."

Since I live in Philadelphia I am often stuck flying on them, but next time I book a ticket, they will be my LAST choice for an airline. I would rather connect than give US Airways any more of my money.

Very disappointing US Airways. You lost a Loyal Customer.

Monetary Loss: $450.
